Accessing Airmail

To access Airmail:

•  From the start icon of the system, select Programs>Internet Explorer , Microsoft Internet Explorer window loads.

•  In Microsoft Internet Explorer window, click arrow to select or type/enter the URL: in Address box.

•  Click Go ( ), the Airmail login page opens.

•  In Airmail login page, input the user name and password in User Id and Password box.

•  Click Login , the main page of Airmail service opens.

 
 
 

Interface for My Airmail (Profile Change)

 

The Airmail service consists of two major modules:

Admin Module

Using this module, the valuefirst administrator can create and manage multiple users account. Additionally, Airmail administrator may modify and delete existing customer's profile. The ValueFirst Airmail administrator can track the credit value pertaining to specific user.

User Module

This module is implemented at the customer's Email Server, and thus is used by customer's employee. Individual customer can view and generate reports regarding messages that it delivers, including header information (Consists sender information and recipient information), message details and credit values used by customer, and others.

Airmail Configured Reports

Airmail offers following users reports:

•  SMS Report
•  Airmail Report
•  Mail Report

These reports may be created based on various conditions and/or criterion.

Change Password

 

To change password:

•  In the main page of Airmail service, click Change Password , the Change Password screen opens.

•  In Change Password screen, input the current password you are using in Current Password box.

•  Enter or type new password value in New Password box.

•  Reenter or type the new password value again in Retype Password box.

To replace old password from new password, click Continue

View Reports

 

Viewing specific Reports

To view individual reports:

•  In the main page of Airmail service, input the criteria in the box right to Apply Filter .

•  Then click Apply Filter to generate reports based on specified criteria.

Viewing all reports

To view all reports:

•  In the main page of Airmail service, click Show All , the screen displays all the reports regarding individual user's account

Create New User

 

To create new user:

•  In the main page of Airmail service, click Add New User , a form uploads.

•  In submission form, click the list to select the Customer Id for which you want to create new user.

•  Input user name and password in User Id and Password box by which user will access Airmail service.

•  Click the list to select country code.

•  Enter or type the mobile numbers in respective boxes for ValueFirst and customer.

•  Specify the route code in the box to mention message delivery route.

•  Input the numeric value in Max SMS box to specify maximum number of message specific user can send.

•  Input the numeric value in Max Email box to specify maximum number of users whom the messages can be sent at a time.

•  If you want to store whole information in encrypted format, click check box: Encrypted .

• If you are creating user account at the enterprises level, click check box: Is Enterprise .

• If you want to maintain user's status, click check box: User Status .

• In the Additional Details area, enter or type details related to available labels left to respective boxes.

• Once you fill or enter additional details, click Add User to create new user.
