Ans.2: Value First has not designed Airmail service keeping messaging services but the main focus was to offer instant messaging services. Additionally, the inherent characteristic of the ValueFirst Airmail constitutes in its portability and handiness to easily deploy it with other CRM based application chunks. It sends information critical messages about the processes and transactions that have not been processed based on technical and/or non-technical issues.

Q6. What is the Credit value?
Ans.6: The credit value is the numeric value, which is deducted at the time you deliver a mail to intended user's group. At the time you start using Airmail service, you are given specific amount of credits to send messages. Each time you deliver a message, the credits are appropriately consumed against delivered messages.

Q7. If my credit value reaches to zero value, even then can I deliver message using Airmail service?

Ans.9: The ValueFirst Airmail offers feature rich searching options to view mails and sms you deliver to users group, encapsulating complete message details. To track and retrieve mission critical data, Airmail also facilitates you to download and store data locally in CSV format and XLS format.
